Part-Time Front of House Staff

Hours - Flexible

We are looking for a capable and professional individuals to add to our expanding Front of House team.

We offer an excellent hourly rate, plus tips and discounted food & drink.


Who do I report to? 

General Manager / Owner

Purpose of the role

Making our customers feel great, delivering our great food and drinks and giving them excellent service every day, 7 days a week.

What will I be doing?

Using every opportunity to smile and talk to our customers

Greeting every customer with a warm welcome and wishing them a fond farewell

Working the till with speed, accuracy and efficiency.

Knowing our menu and encouraging customers to try new things!

Knowing the health benefits of our menu and offering advice. Gluten Free. Allergy info etc

Checking back on tables to make sure they are happy

Full knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards and making sure colleagues, customers and myself are safe at all times.

Taking ownership to resolve customer queries or complaints.

Sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues

How will I be measured?

Observing me delivering excellent service with customers

Observing my speed and efficiency in all activities

What customers, colleagues or mystery shoppers tell us about me.

My performance against our standards

Completing operating standards and company audits accurately

My till accuracy

How well I know customer preferences (e.g. what they drink, eat etc)

What qualifications, skills and experience do I need?

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Can show a genuine passion when engaging with individuals

Can demonstrate excellence in customer service

Strong listening and collaboration skills

Team player and professional at all times
