Sous Chef  (Excellent Salary + Benefits)

 

We are looking to add to our team a great Sous Chef who will support our Head Chef during our next phase of exciting growth!

 

There is an option for the right person to have accommodation included in the package.

What’s the purpose of the job?

Creating an amazing, best-in-class and profitable menu, whilst making our customers feel great by cooking and serving our vision of great locally sourced food

What will I be doing?

· Cooking and presenting our great food to your own specification every time

· Keeping our kitchen clean and well presented at all times

· Knowing food hygiene and H&S standards and making sure the team and you are safe at all times.

· Collaborating with the Head Chef and GM to develop new dishes and menus

· Ensuring you and your team follow the rules of health and safety. 5 Stars Hygiene expectation

· Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

Bar/Waiting Staff - Part Time or Full Time (Excellent Rates of Pay + Benefits)

What’s the purpose of the job?

Making our customers feel great, delivering our great food and drinks and giving them excellent service every day, 7 days a week.

What will I be doing?

·       Using every opportunity to smile and talk to our customers

·       Greeting every customer with a warm welcome and wishing them a fond farewell

·       Working the till with speed, accuracy and efficiency.

·       Ensuring our beverages are served fast and consistently every time, and that customers have everything they need.

·       Knowing our menu and encouraging customers to try new things!

·       Knowing the health benefits of our menu and offering advice. Gluten Free. Allergy info etc

·       Checking back on tables to make sure they are happy

·       Full knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards and making sure colleagues, customers and myself are safe at all times.

·       Taking ownership to resolve customer queries or complaints.

·       Sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues

Kitchen Porter /Assistant

Hours - Wednesday to Saturday 5pm/6pm to 10pm/11pm

We are looking for a capable and professional individual to add to our expanding Kitchen team.

We offer an excellent hourly rate, plus tips and discounted food & drink.

Head Chef

What will I be doing?

Filling and emptying the dishwasher with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans
Keeping our kitchen, tidy and well presented.
Knowing food hygiene and health & safety standards and making sure me and the team are safe at all times.
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety


How will I be measured?

Observing me delivering excellent service
Observing my speed and efficiency in operation of the dishwasher
My attitude towards work and my colleagues
What qualifications, skills and experience do I need?

Basic Food Hygiene desirable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
